Classically trained, she has sung numerous operatic roles including “Twelfth Night” and “Hansel and Gretel.”  Elizabeth has held 11 pageant titles, including Miss Denver and Miss Denver County, runner up for Miss Colorado and Oklahoma in both Miss America and the Miss USA Pageant systems.   As a senior in high school she represented her home state as Oklahoma Jr. Miss in Mobile, Alabama in America’s Jr. Miss Pageant.  Mrs. Montgomery has concertized throughout the U.S., Europe and Taiwan, with over 3000 church and secular performances to her credit.  Some of the highlights include being selected to sing the national anthem for the Denver Broncos, (before 75,000 people), the Denver Nuggets, Oklahoma Thunder, the Baptist Pastor’s Leadership Conference in Glorieta, NM, Tennessee Acteens State-wide Convention, the Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, California, and the world famous Blue Bird Cafe in Nashville, performing original songs.  In 2009 Elizabeth shared her ministry in El Salvador, singing before thousands in churches, villages, and schools.  In 2010 and 2011 her Christmas CD was played in over 100 secondary country radio markets in the United States.  Elizabeth’s latest recording, “Singing the Sky Blue,” has received amazing response, including a debut in France with the line dance community, a CCM review, Boulder WW2 Ball, and numerous engagements within church ministries who are delighted by this beautiful classic music.  On December 20th, 2014 she made her debut with the Denver Philharmonic, Maestro Lawrence Golan, and the Colorado Repertory Singers, performing on their concert, “Holiday Cheer!”  Before a sell-out crowd of over a thousand people, Elizabeth sang holiday favorites and an original written with her producer, Robert White Johnson.  In 2015, she made her debut in Branson at the God and Country Theatre, receiving a standing ovation for her patriotic music.  Another milestone came with two performances before the iconic Great Passion Play in Eureka Springs, Arkansas on Labor Day weekend.  Other orchestras include the Tulsa Praise Orchestra, Bartlesville Symphony, and the Cheyenne, Wyoming, where she debuted much of her Christmas symphonic show, “Fill Your Heart with Christmas.”  She will soon make her debut with orchestras in Ohio and Texas. (2017/18).

Elizabeth’s Cards of Inspiration

Psalm 84:11 Card

Verse: Psalm 84:11

Inspired by her walks in parks across Tennessee and quiet times with God,  Elizabeth has transformed her photography into notecards that will encourage you.  As an avid card writer herself, she envisions an entire greeting card line, focusing on flowers and some scenery from her travels around the world.  Her desire is that these cards will help friends, loved ones, shut-ins, and others who may need a lift in their spirits.  View
